Vivier Inn

The Vivier Inn in Habay already used a pressurized solar thermal system (70 m²). The owners encountered problems with this system during two years, and decided to ask Sunoptimo a solution to rehabilitate it. By analysing the building needs, Sunoptimo realized an Optimum Sizing calculation to fix the Optimal collector surface. The old system was repared, new tanks and solar unit were installed, only the collectors remained.

On the west wing of the building, another drainback solar thermal installation was placed (110 m²). 

With a total of 180 m² solar surface, the inn now benefits of a solar fraction adapted to its needs
