Collective housings

At Sunoptimo, we know that every project is unique, and the Croissy-sur-Seine project is no exception. This is the first time we have been confronted with a division of the solar surface into three separate fields on three different roofs.

Sunoptimo recommended the installation of 100 m² of Optisun solar thermal collectors on the flat roof of the building, in three different locations. The three fields of 14 collectors were mounted on Optifix Flat Roof triangulations, which were themselves weighted down on concrete blocks. The boiler room also contains 6,000 litres of storage, divided into Optitank Combi's, each with an immersed heat exchanger.

This drainback solar thermal installation was commissioned on 26 June 2018 and now supplies 182 housings with renewable heat.
